Travel destinations near Busan
Gyeongju, the capital of Korea for 1,000 years
All areas of Gyeongju are designated UNESCO cultural sites.
However, I do not recommend visiting Gyeongju because transportation is inconvenient and there is not much cultural content.
If you go, I recommend 3 places
1. Daereungwon Park (Tombs of Silla nobles and kings)
2. Cheomseongdae (Astronomical Observatory)
3. NATIONAL MUSEUM
